As the boss I am supposed to be an authoritative figure who will mange and oversee a team of employees. I will direct or supervise my employees and handle important tasks of the company such as budgeting.
I will handle customers inquiries and resolve issues whilst managing resources effectively. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Our number one focus and priority is you the customer to which none of the team will ever lose sight of this fact.
Fun Fact: A huge football fan, whenever there is a free opportunity you will find the boss on the football field or watching football as a truly dedicated footballer.
