I am the product and marketing manager and oversee customer responses, reacting as necessary to any feedback.
I run promotions and growth campaigns whilst trying new experiments. I suggest potential improvements to the business based on customer feedback and work closely with team members to ensure the customer journey and experience is the best it can be.
I love the products value proposition and turn the information into compelling messages for customers, prospects and internal audiences.
Fun Fact: I love being on the water and going for hikes whilst helping people.
