As social media manager I respond to social media posts and welcome all customer feedback.
I use social media tools to manage multiple sites, analyse data to check the effectiveness of campaigns and spot trends, produce reports, detailing insights and recommendations, I love data and learning about what others preferences and tastes.
I will plan, create, publish and share new content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increase the brand awareness.
Fun Fact: A huge fan of the theatre and arts, where one day I hope to be a leading role on the west end stage
