As one of the most experienced members of the team I provide all staff with Barista training on how to prepare and serve the best coffee.

I enjoy seeing professional development and enhancement of competency.

I deliver training programmes throughout the year and hopefully I convey information clearly and concisely.

I really hope you enjoy the coffees and Pinsa's / Pizza's that the team are serving you during your visit.

Fun Fact: A massive quizzer, tipping point, chasers, 1% club, egg heads etc, I love them all and could quite easily be a full time quiz master.
