The professional barista and coffee connoisseur. I love the smell of fresh quality Italian coffee beans and the smile it provides to those true coffee lovers who come to us.
I source and prepare all hot drinks using preparation techniques for coffee, drinks such as, espresso caffe latte and cappuccino.
I do enjoy trying new combinations and flavours of coffee so please feel free to ask for any combination to try and I would be delighted to provide.
Fun Fact: A real cruise expert having been on over 20 cruises all over the world. When not working you will find our expert on a cruise ship.
